Payment Terms
We offer secure payment methods through a trusted payment gateway. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise specified. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Delivery and Shipping
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location. All shipments include a tracking number. We ship via Pósturinn / Dropp / DHL or more.

Returns and Refunds
Customers have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt in accordance with consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only and will be processed within 14 days of the returned item reaching us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
